Events available in automations

In WodGuru, you can easily automate your work using events that concern your gym members.

This means that if, for example, a new guest account appears in the system, the system can automatically:

Send an e-mail and / or SMS to this person (or crew members),
Assign him a Tag,
Add a task to your ToDo List

We currently have these events available:

Guest updated to member by crew,
Athlete registration (At the time of the event or X days AFTER),
Guest registration (At the time of the event or X days AFTER),
Membership expiration (X days BEFORE or AFTER),
All sessions used (X days AFTER),
User's birthday (X days BEFORE or AFTER),
Expected membership payment (X days BEFORE or AFTER),
Failed recurring payment (X days AFTER),
Product purchase (At the time of the event or X days AFTER),
Classes start (X hours BEFORE or AFTER),
After first classes with absence (X days AFTER),
After first booked classes (X days AFTER),
Last workout done (X days AFTER),
Athlete booking (X days AFTER).

For example - we want to remind our gym member that his pass will end the day after tomorrow. To do this, we set the automation: 2 days BEFORE an appropriate event - following this article: Automatic payment reminders. The next parameters (who is affected by the event and what the system is supposed to do for us) are defined according to our needs 🙂
