Everyone, who has a WodGuru account, can log in directly from our homepage: https://wod.guru/ However, to speed up your access, we encourage installing WodGuru on your mobile device.

For Android users:

Open Chrome
Log in on your WodGuru account
Open browser settings
Select Add to homescreen

(Android devices, should propose this action automatically, after 1st or 2nd app usage)

WodGuru shortcut can be accessible from the desktop of your device.

For iPhone users (iOS):

Open Safari
Log in on your WodGuru account
Open browser settings
Select Add to Home Screen

WodGuru shortcut can be accessible from the desktop of your device.

Configuration

Similar to other WodGuru components, which can be shared with your members by link or placed directly on your website, we need to visit the Integrations tab.

Here's what we are looking for:

Open settings and select which of your memberships should be available for new users:

Same as with other components, we have two options:

Direct url

Such url you can send to people, post on Facebook, or simply link with a button on your website.

Wallet

In our system, wallet is used in many places. All of them are described in this article.

The wallet was created to let the members put funds in it and use it while making cashless purchases.

Example: A member gives us 50 PLN. We add it to the member's wallet, and each time he buys water, we click that he pays with the wallet. The amount in the wallet is reduced, and the member does not have to remember to carry cash.

Turning on the wallet

To turn on the wallet, visit the Settings -> Modules:

When a member gives us money to fill his wallet we should go to his profile where we can see:

After filling the wallet, transaction history appears:

Selling using the wallet

From now on, while selling products for the customer, we will see the wallet as one of the payment methods (only when the member has enough amount in the wallet)

Learn how to program workouts for your members and what are the options for viewing and adding workouts results.

Turning on workout programming

As with other modules, you can turn it on in the Modules tab.

Programs configuration

The next step would be to properly set the types of programs for which you want to program workouts. We go to the Programs tab.

We set the proper options for the classes we want to add workouts programming:

Workouts programming: Enabled
Release type: When the workout should be visible for members in their apps. There are several options:

Open - all of the workouts are always visible for all of your members.
Daily - workouts are published daily. A member can see today's workout but can't see the workout that would be tomorrow.
Weekly - Programming is done week by week. A member gets access to all the next week every Sunday.
When done - Workouts are hidden by default. A member sees the workout only after its completion. In case of not participating in the classes, the workout is shown after the end of all classes on a given day.

How to adjust look and feel of your mobile app

There are a few little things you can do, to make your mobile app looks fabulous on your and your members' mobile phones.

Mobile app icon

Logo visible on the mobile phone will be the logo you have uploaded into WodGuru (settings tab)

App name

Because, the app name is limited to 12 characters, by default it will be the name of your gym limited to this length. However, you can define a unique name just for the mobile app name purpose (settings tab).

Subaccounts

Subaccounts

In short: family accounts (kids in most cases) or an option to add additional membership to one member.

What is a subaccount?

WodGuru subaccount is an account that belongs to some other account (main account).
On a subaccount, you can sign in only from the main account level.

When we use subaccounts?

Family accounts. Mostly, when our kids are signed up in the same gym as we are.
When members want to own more than one memberships at the same time

How to create a subaccount?

While creating a new member, you can select the type: Subaccount
Put his first and last name, select membership, and define subaccount owner (main account).

That's is how it looks like from a member's perspective

When you log in on the main account with, having subaccounts, you will see and option to switch between accounts, like this:

once you click on "change" profile button:

by clicking on the selected profile, your app reloads and logs you in as selected subaccount. From that point, you can sign up on classes, check membership, etc on the selected subaccount.
