Member's profile edition: guide for a club


How to make changes to your member's profile and what informations can you find in the member's edition.



How to find member's profile edition


  1. Search for a member. You can do so by clicking on loupe icon on the right top corner.



  1. Click on the pencil icon, to go to member's profile edition.



Member info


What can you find in a Member info section?


  1. Personal information


In the Personal information section you will find all informations regarding your member. All the info visible here is from when a member has completed registration form, or when you've registered a member. You can also add additional note - it will only be visible to your coworkers, and not to your member


IMPORTANT The amount of fields here depends on whether you've enabled Custom registration fields or not. If it's enabled you will see more fields here, such as VAT number.



  1. Invoice details. You can fill those fields if you know that you will need to post an invoice for your member.



  1. Family accounts. If there is any family accounts assigned to your member, you will see it in this section.



  1. Payments card. If your member has a payment card connected to their account, you will see this information here. You will see this section only if you have

online payments option enabled.


  1. Tags. Here you will find all the tags that are assigned to a member. You will be able to assign a new one or deleted an old one. You will see this section only if your club has enabled tags module.


  1. Consents history. Here you will see if member has accepted your club's terms. To see this section you need to have facility terms and conditions enabled.


Wallet


This section will be visible only if your club has enabled wallet module.


Here you will find the history of payments that were finalised using wallet payment method. So:


  • the absence fee,
  • wallet fill (cash, card or wire),
  • payment for a product or a membership,
  • recommendation commission from Ambassador program



Your member can also access their wallet history directly from an app.


Athlete membership


Here you will find all information regarding member's pass.


So: the pass type, how many sessions he's got left, suspend membership option, membership history and the suspension change log.



You can suspend a membership here if needed. You can also edit your member's pass price here if they have a different price than other members.


User bookings



Here you will find:


  1. Classes date, as when the classes take place.


  1. Classes, as what type of classes those are.


  1. Booking date, as in when a member has booked a class or joined the waitlist:



  1. Confirmation - if the classes already had taken place, you can set presence of a member in a Schedule tab. If the classes had already taken place, but you didn't confirm member's presence - you will see not confirmed info. If the classes haven't taken place yet, you will see Classes not finished. Regarding the waitlist, there will be Not apply information after the classes have taken place.


  1. Membership, as from which membership the signup was made.


  1. Here you will find information if this was recurring booking or a booking made by a crew member.


  1. Cancel a booking, here you can cancel member's booking.


Beside it, in this section you will also find tabs:


  1. Sign-outs, where you can find a history of signouts made by a crew member.


  1. Recurring bookings, here you will see all the recurring bookings that are assigned to this member.

You can find User logs in the right top corner.
