User Logs

All you need to know about User logs, where to find them and how to use them.

Where can you find them

You can find User logs in the User profile.

You can open it through:

Looking up a member in the browser on top of the page

Looking up a member in Reports > Clients

Either way, you will need to click on the pencil icon first 😉

Then, you will see a profile of a member you want to check up on. In the right top corner you will see a grey rectangle with a "User logs" text on it.

What can you find in the user logs?

In the user logs you can check things like:

If the payment went through the system, and if it was successful. If you can see payment in the User logs, but cannot find it in Reports > Transactions, feel free to reach out to us for help :)



When did the client buy the membership, and how many sessions he's got left 😉 You may need it in the situations, when your client says that the system took more than one session, and you need to look through it.

Every sign for classes is noted by the system, so there's no way something wouldn't appear here.
