Filters
In WodGuru, you have the option of filtering your members and saving those filters.
Set and save filters
Go to Reports > Members section and click SET FILTERS
You can choose filters from this list (so far, we're still developing):
Of course, you can choose more than 1 filter, narrowing down the results 😊
When you set your filter, you can save it with its own name, for example:
Filters you can use
1. Active members (as of today)
Active members filter will show you members who's got memberships active as of today.
**Which filters do you need to set? **
- Members state: Yes
- Pass expiration date: Less or equal 0 days
- Account type: member
2. Active members for the invoice
Active members for the invoice filter will show you list of the members you are paying for when using WodGuru.
Which filters do you need to set?
- Member state: Yes
- Account type: Member
- Suspended: No
Difference between active members and active members for the invoice
So what is the difference between those two filters?
3. Cancelled memberships
This filter will show you members that are currently cancelling their memberships. Cancellation of a membership is directly connected to continuous membership contract.
Which filters do you need to set?
- Member state: Yes
- Membership cancelled: Yes
- Account type: Member
4. Free memberships
This filter will show you members with free memberships.
Which filters do you need to set?
- Membership price = 0
- Member state: Yes
5. Members on contract with debt
This filter will show you members on contract memberships with debt.
Which filters do you need to set?
- Membership: here you need to choose memberships that are covered by contract in your club
- Member state: Yes
- Membership debt: Yes
6. Members on first installment
This filter will show you members who are currently on their first installment. To set this filter you'll need to check which one of your memberships are covered by contract.
Which filters do you need to set?
- Membership: here you need to choose memberships that are covered by contract in your club
- Current installment: = 1
- Membership debt: No
Sending messages to members from your saved filter
Saved filters can be used for sending e-mails / text messages (in Communication > Campaigns)
Selecting specific clients and sending bulk messages
This option allows you to easily and quickly send messages to selected club members
Filter of displayed columns
You can easily customize your Members Report view using the column settings.
**How can you do it? 🤔 **In a few easy steps!
- Go to Reports > Members
- Click on the Settings icon in the right top corner
- Choose columns that you want to be displayed in the Report
- Click save
- Done Now you will see only the columns that you've chosen to see 👌🏻
