How to turn on the module? What to use it for? And everything you need to know.


How to turn on the module?



You can easily turn the module on by clicking on the button, right on the Tags section. You can find it in Setting > Modules.



And after this, you can start using the Module 😉

How to create a Tag?



Once you've set on the module, you can access the Tags settings. You will see a Create Tag window, where after clicking you'll be able to create a new tag.

So! If you've got a permament group of clients that attend Yoga on Monday afternoons, or you have a concrete list of people who would be interested in Gong concert, or maybe you have a person who buys blue Oshee drink on every Wednesday morning, we got you! Now you can note it down using Tags😉



You can edit or deactivate the tag whenever you want to 🩷

How to assign a Tag to a client?



Once you've created Tags, you can assign them to a concrete client.

For it, you will need to search for your client, click on the pencil button and under the "Member info" you will see Tags tab.

Then, you can search for a tag you want to assign to your member 🤗



How can you look up members using Tags?



Go to Reports > Members. Next click on Set Filters and Create New Filter.

Then you'll be able to see each one of the filter you can look up, and once you click on a Tags, you can choose members with which tag you want to see.

How to send a message to a certain group using Tags?



In a few easy ways you can automate sending e-mail after a concrete action to your desired group of members 😉

As in the last point, you'll need to create a new Filter with a tag and save it.



Once saved, you'll need to set a name to your filter.



Go to the Communication > Automations, and then Add Automation.

Here we can set, for example, that one day after last workout date, there will be an e-mail sent with the thank you message - and it will be sent directly to our desired group of members. Nevertheless, you can use any automation you wish here 😉

How can you use automation to assign tag after turning guest to a member?



Another thing you can do with automation and tag, is to make the system assign tag when turning guests to members who buy certain memberships.

You choose the action "0 days after Guest upgraded to a member by club". (choose 0 to make the system do it immediately.

You set either - no additional filters, or select saved filter. You can use filters if you want to connect a tag with membership.

Next you choose the Action Assign Tag and choose the tag you want to Assign to a member.



And it's done! Now after you client buys a certain membership, a tag will be assigned to them.
