Access for team members
You can find a full overview of financial operations in your club in the Reports > Transactions tab. If you don't see any entries yet - that's alright! Transactions appear only after payment was finalised by a member. 😉
Here's what you can find and do in a Reports > Transactions in a nutshell ♥️
System adds entries automatically, when:
Member pays for his membership or product (online, by card or cash)

We can see transactions that have been removed by setting filter Show removed and unfinished. Such transaction will be displayed with red background.

Go to Reports > Transactions, click on the 3 dots next to specified transaction, click Remove if you want to remove it or if you want to edit it, choose another option here.

Go to Reports > Transactions, and you will see Transactions report summary on the main panel.
You will find there:
Total amount of money your gym has made in the selected period (according to the filters you have set)
List of sellers (or online payment if a member has bought something online)
List of sold memberships and products

Thanks to it, you'll be able to keep track on the transactions made in your club 🤗
You can decide to which modules your team members have access to, anytime you need to.
Go to Settings > Team, click on the pencil icon next to your coworker, and then choose which access you want to assign to them, e.g.:
Reports > Transactions - if you want them to be able to see and check details of a transaction
Cash balance - to manage cash flow in your club. To see this module available in the access section, you need to enable Cash balance in Modules tab.
Storage and Bar - two modules you need to enable if you want to allow your team members to add products, make deliveries and returns
This way your team members will have access to only what you allow them to check.
