Member's account types


In WodGuru, a member account has three different types. In this article, we will describe all of them.


Member



It is the default type It is an account with membership attached. Users with this account type can log in to WodGuru (if the email was added during registration) and sign up for classes.

There are two ways on how a member's account can be created:

Registration, via Reception desk by gym crew (Add member button), read more about it here.
Registration form for new members, where anybody can register and buy membership on their own.

Guest



Account without the membership attached. In most cases, people who are visiting our gym for the first free classes. It is always worth to keep their data as guests, to communicate with them via email campaigns in the future.

There are two ways on how member account can be created:

Registration, via Reception desk by gym crew (Add member button - select guest as a type)
Registration form for new members, where anybody can register and buy membership on their own.

Subaccount


In a few words, a subaccount is an account that is shared with another member - for example, family shared account, when the parent and the kid want to go to the same gym 😊
