Family account


A family account is just your main account with an extra membership for someone else in your family (like a kid or partner).

It doesn’t create a separate login. All memberships stay on your main account



When do we use family accounts?


  • To assign a membership to someone else, for example a child or family member.


On one account, you can have:


  • more than one membership for yourself,
  • memberships for other family members - family account


Each membership works on its own, with its own validity, number of sessions, and access to classes


How to create a family account?


  • While creating a new member, you can select the type: Family account
  • Put his first and last name, select membership, and define family account owner (main account).



How does it look like from a member's perspective?


First, you need to log in with you main e-mail address.


  • After logging in, the member sees their main account and all memberships.
  • All memberships are listed in one place - there's no separate login or switching between accounts.
  • The member can manage each membership: view attendance, see payment and bookings history, edit details, etc.
  • From the memberships tab, the member may also add new memberships (if the club has enabled that option).




Buying another membership from your app


If your club has specific settings enabled, you will be able to create family account by yourself, directly from your app.


Here's how you can do it:



ℹ️ IMPORTANT! A main account cannot be deleted if it has an active family account. The family account must be removed first + A main account that has a family account assigned cannot be changed into a guest account. To do this, the family account must first be removed.
