Bookings ban



In WodGuru, we give you the possibility to ban your members for exact amount of time if they didn't give you a heads up about their absence.

This means - if a member is registered for a class and doesn't show up, the system will propose banning his bookings for an exact amount of days.


Where to enable bookings ban?



Go to Settings > Bookings tab, and click on the edit button in the right top corner.

Then, you will see a field responsible for enabling booking ban option.



When and how can you set a booking ban on the member?



If a gym member does not show up for classes, you can cancel his bookings. The system will then ask whether to apply bookings ban or not.

If you want to set different amount of days in a specific case, it can be easily edited when cancelling member's booking:



Where can you revoke your member's ban?



Bookings ban that you applied to your member can be easily revoked in your member's profile edition.

So what you need to do here, is you need to search your member, then you need to go to his profile edition (pencil icon), and go to his athlete membership section. Here you will see until when your member is banned, and where you can revoke his ban.



You just need to click on this button, and the member will be un-banned 🥳

What will a member see from his app?



Directly in the app, member will see an information that his bookings has been banned until the date you've set. The member won't be able to book a class until his ban ends.
