WodGuru allows you to send messages in the form of:

campaigns (messages addressed to large groups of people),
instant messages (messages to a specific member / group from classes / manually entered group of people)

To send an instant message, click on the options next to the gym member or options attached to the class in the schedule:

After clicking "Send message", a window will pop up. There you can send an Email or SMS (read more about SMS) to the members of your selection
