All about what data you can find in Reporting Center.
You can find Reporting Center when clicking on Reports tab.
You will see:
Reporting Center contains data, that will help you follow revenue and bookings in your club.
You'll find there following reports:
Athlete Stats will show you accordingly:
Total number of members going to your club
Number of members with valid membership
Number of members with valid, non-free membership
Number of new members this month
Total number of guests
This report will show you how many of every membership is in use. You can read data from the list or click on a specific color on a chart to see a number and a name of membership.
This report will show you amount of sales in a specific time frame. We list here:
Total amount of sales
Sales made by cash
Sales made card
Sales made by wire
Sales made by online payments (if they are available in your club)
Sales on wallet Important: if the wallet is in grey, it informs us that the sale hasn't been finalized yet. It means that has been only created debt in a member's profile and member needs to pay it off. Once it's paid off, the wallet payment method will turn into the method which customer used to pay off the debt.
You can set here any time frames you want to see:
In Booking Stats report, you will find following information:
The most frequently used passes in bookings. When you click on a specific color on the chart, you will see how many bookings were made using that specific membership.
The most frequently attended classes. When you click on a specific color on the chart you will see number of bookings made for those classes.
Average amount of members per day. Once you click on the chart you will see how many members on average go to your club on a specific day.
You can also set custom date range here.
This report will show you estimated revenue from continuous memberships, based on specific time frames.
Once you click on the loupe icon, you will be redirected to debtors list.
New report in WodGuru, in which you'll find:
Total number of active contracts, and the revenue from them
Number of new contracts in current month, and the revenue from them
Number of cancellations in current month, and your predicted loss of revenue
Payments for current month, including: already paid, scheduled and overdue
Revenue from the last 12 months
Once you click on a column in the chart, you'll see specified:
Revenue from a specific month from all memberships with contract
Revenue from new contracts
Revenue from ongoing contracts
Revenue from returning contracts - meaning contracts signed in a specific month with people who have had a continuous membership before
Ended - revenue from contracts that have already ended and will not bring us any profit in the future
Cancelled - revenue from people who have cancelled their contracts
Contracts Report is currently under construction. If you see any mismatch, please let us know on the system chat :)

Where to find Reporting Center?
You can find Reporting Center when clicking on Reports tab.
You will see:

Reporting Center contains data, that will help you follow revenue and bookings in your club.
You'll find there following reports:
1. Athlete Stats
Athlete Stats will show you accordingly:
Total number of members going to your club
Number of members with valid membership

2. Membership Report

4. Booking Stats
In Booking Stats report, you will find following information:

5. Revenue from continuous memberships
This report will show you estimated revenue from continuous memberships, based on specific time frames.
Once you click on the loupe icon, you will be redirected to debtors list.
6. Contracts report
New report in WodGuru, in which you'll find:
Total number of active contracts, and the revenue from them
Number of new contracts in current month, and the revenue from them
Number of cancellations in current month, and your predicted loss of revenue
