Learn how to create coworkers' account and how to give them permissions with a few clicks.
In WodGuru, all of your coworkers (co-owners, receptionists, coaches) should have their accounts.
Why is it important?
Because you will know:
who sold a product,
who made changes in member's membership,
who signed up/signed out a member from classes
etc..
To add a coworker, go to Settings > Team.
Click on the Add button in the top right corner:
Then you'll see Basic info section.
Fill your team member's info, and scroll down to Access settings.
Depending on the function your team member has in your club, you can give them a different access.
If your gym or club is managed by a co-owner, you can set his role as Owner. He will have the same access as you. You can change his access if you need to.
We've set recommended access for reception here based on our expierience Of course if you need to, you can either give them full access or make it more limited.
Here we've also set recommended access for a coach based on our expierience. And again, you can either give your coach full access or make it more limited
In this section, you can set a rate per session for your employee.
We are in the process of expanding the payroll section. You can expect more solutions, that will help you to facilitate employee settlement.
Your coworker will receive an email with the activation link. The account activation process is the same as with member's registration.

How to add a new team member in WodGuru?
