Gym terms and conditions
How to add Terms and Conditions and where your members can find it.
How to add and edit terms and conditions?
Your gym terms and conditions can be added in the Settings tab --> Modules, activating the module:

Once enabled, a panel will appear where you can add your first terms and conditions. After clicking “Add new terms” an editing window will appear:

When creating rules, you have 3 fields:
- Name
- Checkbox label i.e. the text shown to the gym member when registering an account next to the checkbox; this text will can also include a link to your terms and conditions
- Terms and conditions content
The rules can be freely edited by clicking the pencil button. It’s a good idea to add, for example, the date of the version in the name. After saving the changes, you will be asked whether gym members must accept the update in order to continue using the app. The message looks like this:

If you agree, after logging in the gym member will see the following window:

If you made the changes to multiple sets of terms, after clicking “ACCEPT” on the first one, another window with the next terms to be accepted will appear for the gym member.
Creating more than one statute
If you wish so, you can create more than one statute that your members will need to accept

Each one of them is a seperate checkbox in registration form, that your clients will need to accept.

Where will the gym rules be visible?
Terms and conditions can be found in two places:
- Member's registration

- Member's mobile app (main menu):
