Membership (contract) cancellation
**All about how you can register member's pass cancellation and how can you allow a member to do it on their own. **

Membership cancellation can only be applied to recurring memberships. More about what is recurring membership and how to create one, you can learn here.
How to register a membership cancellation in the system?
When you need to register a membership cancellation in the system:
- Go to the Reports > Clients tab.
- Find the gym member
- On the right, in the drop-down menu, select "Cancel membership".
- You will see a box in which you specify how many installments (payments) are to be generated.
Example:
We want the gym member to pay for 2 more memberships.
- In case of open-ended contract, system will set the installment to 1/3. This means that installment No. 1 is currently in progress, and the contract will end with installment No. 3.
- In case of recurring membership with fixed number of installments, the system will change the number of the last installment to a number higher by 2 than the current one. This means that if there was, for example, installment 11/24, the cancellation will change it to installment 11/13.
How to cancel an ongoing membership cancellation?
- Edit the gym member's account by clicking the pencil next to the member's name in the Reports > Clients tab.
- Go to the "Athlete membership" section.
- Click the button: "Remove cancellation".
Everything will return to the previous state, i.e.:
- In case of a continuous membership without the number of installments , the number of installments will disappear.
- In case of a continuous membership covered by the contract (with the specified number of installments), removing a membership cancellation will change the number of the last installment to the one configured in the given membership (i.e. 11/24 in the example described above).
How to enable membership cancellation from member's app?
As a club, you can enable setting that will allow member to cancel a membership directly from their app.
To enable this option, you need to go to Settings > Memberships, and then edit the membership.
You can set here default number of cancellation installments and enable membership termination by member.
How to cancel a membership from member's app?
If you have recurring membership and your club allows for it, you will be able to cancel your membership directly from the app.

- Log in into your club's app.
- Go to Membership tab in Menu.
- Click on "Cancel a membership".
Done!
How to remove cancellation from member's app?
If you change your mind and decide to keep going to your club, we give you a possibility to remove cancellation.
