In WodGuru we give your club possibility to let all of your coaches be able to connect to Google Calendar. You pay only once, and all of your coaches can use it anytime they need 😉
Thanks to Google Calendar, you'll have much faster insight to trainings that you lead. All you need to do is connect your club app with Google Calendar, and then after you add new classes, or delete them - they will either appear or disappear from your Calendar right away.
Every single one of your coaches will be able to connect to Google Calendar.
Thanks to it, you will be able to plan your day much faster, without opening the app every now and then 😉
Until 31st of May you can turn the module on for free From 1st of June this module will cost 9$ per month.
First, you will need to turn the module on in Settings > Modules:
After you turn the module on every coach in your gym will be able to connect to Google Calendar.
To connect to Google Calendar, you need to click on your avatar icon, click My profile.
At the bottom of the page, click Connect with Google Calendar:
All set! 🥳
After you synchronize your app with the Google Calendar, you will see the trainings that you are assigned to right away.
If somebody created new classes that you are a trainer of, you will see update in your Google Calendar. The same when any of those classes will get cancelled, for example automatically.
