WodGuru recurring classes management. How to create and edit classes.
We can create new classes in the Settings tab. On the right side, we can find the "Add classes" button.
Classes creation form, looks like this:
Program - a list of created training programs.
Coach - you can assign a coach to each class. You can pick from all your associates, you have added to your gym.
Start and end time - when your classes start and end, in AM / PM format
Members limit - this is the maximum number of members who can sign up for the selected class. After the limit is reached, we will automatically block signups. In this case, it is worth thinking about enabling the reserve list, where in case of signout, the first member on the list can automatically jump into the list of signed up members.
Class type: Recurring
Select the days where your classes will appear in the schedule. For example, having a "Body pump" at 06.00 pm, every Tuesday and Thursday - means that you need to select Tuesday and Thursday.
Available until, not required, mostly used when:
some of our classes are available seasonally
Here you can decide on whether:
You want classes to have an automatic cancellation
You want the min time to sign out be default (the same as set in Settings > Signups) or custom
You want the min time to sign in be default (same as in Settings > Signups) or custom
You want your classes to be visible in schedule, or not
You want the classes to be free for members, or not
You want to enable signing up after classes start
Click save to see your new classes in the schedule.
