One-time classes (events) management described.


How to create one-time class


One-time classes are usually seminars or events you want to organise within your gym. You can create them very similar to Recurring classes, in the Schedule tab



  • That's how the form looks like:



Setting basic info


  1. Program - list of created training programs.
  2. Coach - you can assign a coach to each class. You can pick from all your associates, you have added to your gym.
  3. Classroom - if you have defined classrooms in your club
  4. Start and end time - when your classes start and end, in AM / PM format
  5. Members limit - this is the maximum number of members who can book in for the selected class. After the limit is reached, we will automatically block bookings. In this case, it is worth considering enabling the waitlist, where, in the event of a cancellation, the first member on the list can automatically move into the list of confirmed bookings.
  6. Class type: One-time
  7. Select the date of your one-time class


Advanced settings



  • Here you can decide on whether:


  1. You want classes to have an automatic cancellation
  2. You want the min time to cancel a booking to be set by default (the same as configured in Settings > Bookings) or custom
  3. You want the min time to book to be set by default (the same as in Settings > Bookings) or custom
  4. You want your classes to be visible in schedule, or not
  5. You want the classes to be free for members, or not
  6. You want to enable booking after classes have started


Click save to see your new classes in the schedule!


Quick add one-time classes


You can quickly add a one-time class directly from the Schedule tab


Go to Schedule 👉 Click the + button in the top right corner 👇


Fill in the details:


  • Date and time - set when the class starts and ends.
  • Program - select the program the class belongs to.
  • Coach - pick the coach leading the class.
  • Classroom - optional, select the room.
  • The fields available in your custom class filters – for example: difficulty level
  • Limit - set the number of spots available


Click ADD TO SHCEDULE - and that’s it! 🎉 The class will appear in your schedule 😎
