Does your gym business got multiple locations and you're wondering how can you use WodGuru the right way for it? ♥️ We're here to help!
Best solution if your club got the same offer of memberships as well as clients in both of the clubs 😉 This way, you won't need to try too hard to make it work.
How do we do it? Let's go through it step by step!
Go to Settings > Bookings. At the bottom of those settings you will see Classrooms. Now, click on the edit button in the right top corner.
Scroll to the bottom of settings, and add new classroom. Name it as the second location of your club. I'll call it here 42nd Greenbrooke street.
Click Save.
Go to Settings > Classes.
Add new classes of click on the edit of old classes.
Choose desired classroom from your options.
Choose other settings of the classes depending on your availability and schedule.
Go into your club's schedule in Settings > Web Integrations > Public Schedule.
All done! Classes added like that will be visible in your gym's schedule.
If your schedule as well as members' list in second location is significally different, it is worth creating another account in WodGuru. 😊
All you need to do is register second account the same way you did with your first one.
Second account can be created using the same e-mail address. Thanks to it you will be able to easily switch between accounts 💪🏻
