How to handle multiple locations of your club
Does your gym business got multiple locations and you're wondering how can you use WodGuru the right way for it ♥️ We're here to help!
Using classrooms to separate locations
Best solution if your club got the same offer of memberships as well as clients in both of the gyms 😉 This way, you won't need to try too hard to make it work.
How do we do it? Let's go through it step by step!
- Go to Settings > Bookings. At the bottom of those settings you will see Classrooms. Now, click on the edit button in the right top corner.

Scroll to the bottom of settings, and add new classroom. Name it as the second location of your club. I'll call it here 42nd Greenbrooke street.

Click Save.
- Go to Settings > Classes,
- Add new classes of click on the edit of old classes,
- Choose desired classroom from your options and save.

All done! Classes added like that will be visible in your gym's schedule:

Using classes filters to separate locations
This solution is worth using when you have the same offer in both locations and nearly the same group of clients, but different rooms in each gym that you want to distinguish in the schedule.
Go to Settings > Booking Rules and scroll down to “Custom classes filters”, then click "Edit”.

Next:
- Add a new filter by clicking “Add new filter” in the top-right corner and name it, for example Location,
- Write the location name or street address and confirm by pressing enter:

Once your locations are added, you can assign them to classes so they appear correctly in the schedule.
- Go to Settings > Classes,
- Click edit button on an existing class or Add class button, depending on whether the class already exists in your gym,
- Select the location from the list under the newly created “Location” filter and save your changes!

Creating second account on the same e-mail address
If your schedule as well as members' list in second location is significally different, it is worth creating another account in WodGuru. 😊
All you need to do is register second account the same way you did with your first one.
Just like that!

What if I have more locations and in each one of them member's are using the same membership?
