What are exactly custom classes filters, how do they work and how can they help in your club? Read more to find out!
Great option especially for fitness clubs, that have classes which are divided into groups: Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced.
Using filters, you can add level to your classes, (so you don't have to add this information to the name and the club member will easily know which one he should sign up for.
You will find custom registration filters in Settings > Bookings. Under all of the general Bookings settings, you can see a separate part consisting Custom classes filters.
To create your first filter, click on the button on the right side Edit.
Next, you need to click on Add new filter:
Here, you will see a pop up asking you to create a name for your new filter. You can name them, for example, Level of classes, but it can be anything that comes up to your mind
Click Save. You will see the same tab, but this time, with our freshly made new filter.
To add a first option in the filter, you need to start typing in the white field and then click enter:
Et voila! Our first filter is now ready to use 🥳 Now you can add more option to your filter, to create full range of levels.
Close the tab, and you'll see:
To assign filter to classes, go to Settings > Classes. Click on the pencil icon on the right side to add changes to your classes.
Here, you can see your chosen classes type, coach, classroom. Right under that, you will see the new filter that you just created, with the options to choose:
Choose the option that you want to assign to your classes and click Save:
And done! The filter has been assigned to your classes
Filters will be visible in each place, that you can see your classes. So:
in your club schedule, from admin perspective
in the schedule that is visible in your member's app
in your gym's public schedule
First, you need to enable filters to be visible in the Public schedule. Go to Settings > Web Integrations. Then click on the Settings icon on the right side, and then enable Show filters:
After you enable this option, all of the filters available in your club will be visible in public schedule.
Now you can choose your filters, and you will see only the classes, to which your chosen filter is assigned to:
If you need to send you members link to classes with specific filter in your schedule, you can do so here.
We're still in the Settings > Web integrations tab. First things you see is Public Schedule.
Click on the "<>" icon on the right side.
You will see:
Click on Generate filtered schedule. Choose the filtr. In this case, we'll focus on the filter we've just made - so we choose the Level of classes filter. ♥️
System will generate a link that will redirect you to schedule with the classes containing filter you've just chosen.
Copy the link and enter it in your browser:

First, you need to enable filters to be visible in the Public schedule. Go to Settings > Web Integrations. Then click on the Settings icon on the right side, and then enable Show filters:
After you enable this option, all of the filters available in your club will be visible in public schedule.
Now you can choose your filters, and you will see only the classes, to which your chosen filter is assigned to:
