**The reader doesn't work?** 

###### **Here's what to do:**

1. Check if the reader cable is properly connected to the computer.
2. Check it the reader is turned on correctly - the reader icon in the upper right corner of the application.

3. Check your Internet connection.
4. If the three steps above have been checked and the reader still does not respond, we encourage you to restart the computer system.
