Then the amount of the transaction is deducted from the member's wallet. The member also sees the information about the debt in his app: ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/7/e/b/e/7ebe56acd3251c00/zrzut-ekranu-343_kdpo66.png =550x628) * In the wallet tab a member has access to his full transaction history: ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/7/e/b/e/7ebe56acd3251c00/zrzut-ekranu-344_tbkud9.png =550x612) || IMPORTANT: “Pay later” transactions that have been paid cannot be deleted! ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/7/e/b/e/7ebe56acd3251c00/zrzut-ekranu-669_1yxqo3s.png =750x95) || If a membership has the Force payment by card option enabled, the system also enforces this rule when the debt is paid through the wallet. | In cafe you have a reader in you gym - if the member's wallet state is smaller than expected, it will not let them pass. # Paying off a debt from the member's payment card from the reception level * If a member has a payment card linked to their profile, the reception can pay off their wallet debt by selecting “Payment card” as the payment method :) ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/7/e/b/e/7ebe56acd3251c00/zrzut-ekranu-302_144iccu.png =450x344) # Blocking bookings based on wallet state If you want to make sure a member **can’t book any classes until their wallet balance is positive**, go to: ***Settings → Memberships → Advanced settings → Membership limitations*** In the section **"Block bookings based on wallet state"**, set the amount from which the system will start blocking bookings. * For example: If you set it to “0”, a member with any negative wallet state won’t be able to book classes :D | This works perfectly with absence fees — the system automatically prevents debtors from booking new classes 😉 ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/7/e/b/e/7ebe56acd3251c00/zrzut-ekranu-480_13go3u5.png =650x643) # Using wallet funds to reduce membership's price In WodGuru, **we give you the possibility to decide whether you want your member's to use the wallet funds on their own, or not.** **What does that mean exactly? 🤔** **Member, will be able to reduce prive of the membership using the funds that are available in his wallet.** All you need to do, is enabling this option in **Settings > Online payments:** ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/7/e/b/e/7ebe56acd3251c00/zrzut-ekranu-728_17m6b2e.png =450x173) When extending a membership, member will see: ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/7/e/b/e/7ebe56acd3251c00/zrzut-ekranu-2025-06-26-o-1508_lnlslc.png =550x1132) | It will work for extending regular memberships, as well as with [recurring payments.](https://help.wod.guru/en/article/recurring-payments-1pggq90/) || If a membership has enabled Block bookings based on wallet state, system will only take the amount from the wallet that will not block the bookings.
