It automates the work of reception :D With this app, your gym members can: register a new account, scan their gym card, check the status of their membership, pay for the membership, book for classes and many more (some of these functions are under construction) <3 # What do you need to use automated reception? * **Required:** a tablet. Preferably a slightly larger one — let’s say **10" or bigger** ;) | Tip from us: you can also invest in a stand to make it more comfortable to use ;) * **Optional:** physical cards with a barcode, if you want to use them in your gym. Keep in mind, however, that linking a gym member’s account to a physical card **can only be done at the classic front desk with a card [reader](https://help.wod.guru/en/article/how-to-use-the-gym-card-reader-xcwcws/).** # How to enable and configure automated reception? * Go to Settings > Modules and enable the "POS - Automated Reception" module: ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/7/e/b/e/7ebe56acd3251c00/zrzut-ekranu-2026-05-20-o-1733_cbukgq.png =550x228) * After enabling it, you will see a link below. Use it on your tablet and add it to home screen. Simple, just like that ;) ![QR Code Scan](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/7ebe56acd3251c00/image_7826tq.png =550x880) | Scanning barcode will work the same as scanning QR codes, but for the barcode you'll need a physical barcode card. ### View after reading the QR code: 1. The gym member can choose trainings with available spots.
