# Online payments

# Module: Online payments

In WodGuru we use **Stripe** for [recurring payments](/en/article/recurring-payments-1pggq90/) and other online (credit and debit card) payments.
To enable Online payments, you need to go to **Settings > Modules** tab.

You can either use your existing Stripe account or create a new one directly from WodGuru.

When you enable online payments, a new tab: **Settings > Online payments** will appear.

You'll need to fill the verification form from now onward. 

Each online transaction comes with a fee. To find the current online payment fees, you can go to: [stripe.com](https://stripe.com/pricing)

I.e., standard prices for US are (December 2024):

# How it works

When you enable online payments, every member whose membership expires will see an additional button that will let him buy another membership or extend his current membership for the next settlement period.

After clicking Pay off the membership the client will see:

**After the payment has been finalised, member will receive a notification about the successful transaction and it would be visible in:**
