# Instant messages

### Instant messages

**WodGuru allows you to send messages in the form of:**

* [campaigns ](/en/article/email-and-sms-messages-campaigns-1k48eei/)(messages addressed to large groups of people),
* instant messages (messages to a specific member / group from classes / manually entered group of people)

To send an instant message, click on the options next to the gym member or options attached to the class in the schedule:

* After clicking "Send message", a window will pop up. There you can send an Email or SMS ([read more about SMS](/en/article/sms-w485si/)) to the members of your selection <3
