# Events available in automations

### Events available in automations

**In WodGuru, you can easily automate your work using events that concern your gym members.**

This means that if, for example, a new guest account appears in the system, the system can automatically:
* [Send an e-mail and / or SMS](/en/article/automation-of-sending-email-and-sms-messages-1hju899/) to this person (or crew members),
* Assign him a [Tag](https://help.wod.guru/en/article/tags-1ckkze7/),
* Add a task to your [ToDo List](/en/article/todo-list-jkgdbn/)

# We currently have these events available:

* After first booked classes (X days AFTER),
* After first classes with absence (X days AFTER),
* [All sessions used](/en/article/session-based-memberships-d6na6v/) (X days AFTER),
* Athlete booking (At the time of the event).
* [Athlete payment card was removed](/en/article/recurring-payments-1pggq90/) (At the time of the event),
* [Athlete registration](/en/article/registration-form-for-new-members-1femkpx/) (At the time of the event or X days/hours AFTER),
* Classes start (At the time of the event or X days/hours BEFORE/AFTER),
* [Expected membership payment](/en/article/automatic-payment-reminders-120c6mh/) (X days BEFORE or AFTER),
* [Failed recurring payment](/en/article/recurring-payments-1pggq90/) (At the time of the event),
* [Guest registration](/en/article/registration-form-for-new-guests-1s4q2p9/) (At the time of the event or X days/hours AFTER),
* Guest updated to member by crew,
* Last workout done (X days AFTER),
* Member birthday (X days BEFORE or AFTER),
* [Membership expiration](/en/article/automatic-payment-reminders-120c6mh/) (X days BEFORE or AFTER),
* [Membership purchase](/en/article/membership-online-sales-14gaxja/) (X days/hours AFTER)
* [Product purchase](/en/article/shop-1d2h5cz/) (At the time of the event or X days/hours AFTER),

| For example - we want to remind our gym member that his pass will end the day after tomorrow. To do this, we set the automation: 2 days BEFORE an appropriate event - following this article: [Automatic payment reminders](/en/article/automatic-payment-reminders-120c6mh/). The next parameters (who is affected by the event and what the system is supposed to do for us) are defined according to our needs 🙂
