# Custom registration fields

### Custom registration fields

**Need an ID number for your member's contract? Want to find out where the majority of your clients comes from? Or maybe you just want to ask them something more specific? 😉**

# How to turn on the module?

**You can find this module in Settings > Modules.** It's gonna be right under Facility terms and conditions setting :)

|| You don't need to click on anything to turn this module on. All you need to do is to create a first custom field, and you're all set! It'll show in the registration form right away ;)  

# Which fields can you choose from?

**Available fields that you can choose from are:**

**1. Text** -> whatever you want to know from your members! Here's a place for you to ask them about their ID - if you need it for their agreement, you can ask them here about how did they find the club or how much time do they spend on exercises weekly :)  ***Whatever comes to your mind!***
**2. Checkbox** -> Consent → e.g. consent to the processing of personal data. A checkbox will appear, which club members will need to tick ;)  
**3. VAT number**
**4. Address**
**5. City**
**6. Post code**
**7. Country**
**8. Date of birth**
**9. Gender**
**10. Company name** -> Once a member has filled out this information during registration, the system automatically saves the company name in the member's profile for invoicing information! <3

| For each custom field, you can choose in which forms it should be displayed. By default, the field is visible in all forms, but you can deselect those where it is not needed! <3  

# How it's gonna look like from the customer's side?

When registering, clients will be able to see the registration form, with the custom fields that you've added.

**If they don't fill out the fields set as "required", they won't be able to make an account 😉**

# What will the members of the crew see when registering a new client?

All of the fields that you add to Custom registration field module, will be visible in the Registration form from the club's perspective as well. 

Although the fields that you set up as required - will be visible as optional in the club's registration form. So you won't waste too much time on each new registration ;)
