# Automatic and manual cancellation of classes

### Automatic and manual cancellation of classes

In WodGuru, you can cancel classes manually and automatically! :D

# Manual cancellation

**When you take classes off your schedule, you can choose whether you want to CANCEL or REMOVE it.**

1. If you use the **"Cancel classes"** button, you will see the classes as **CANCELLED**. The club member will see this classes in the app, but with "Cancelled" note.
2. If you use the **"Remove classes"** button, you will see the classes as **REMOVED** in your schedule, but the club member will not see this classes at all.

| After cancellation, members who were booked for those classes will receive an email notification informing them of the cancellation.

# Automatic cancellation of classes

Briefly: You set how many people must book a class and how long before it starts this should happen. If the required number of bookings is not met, the class is automatically canceled by the system. 

|| If there are bookings on that class which is canceled automatically, those booked members will be **automatically removed from the class** and receive an email notification about the cancellation.


#### How can you do it? 

##### 1. Setting an automatic cancellation directly on program

You can set automatic cancellation rules in **Settings > Classes types**. When you do this, they will apply by **default** to all new classes created later in **Settings > Classes** ;)

| You can change those settings or turn them off anytime you wish <3  

##### 2. Setting an automatic cancellation on a class 

You can either keep these cancellation settings as default -> taken from **Settings > Classes Types** -> or change them to custom ones for this specific class if you need different rules ;)  

* In **Settings > Classes** tab, you will have this view while creating / editing classes:

|| IN THIS EXAMPLE: Assuming the class starts at 8pm, the system will check the number of members at 5pm (5 hours before the start). If at least 5 people are booked in. If not, the classes will be cancelled, and the members (if any) will be cancelled and notified by e-mail about the cancellation of the classes.

| The cancellation conditions you set here (minimum number of bookings, check-time) will also be visible in the club member’s app via the “i” icon next to the schedule, along with information about the latest cancellation time and earliest booking time <3
